My family and time flexibility is the reason why I became an OBM, as a new parent raising a little one, quality time is important.

 I love to travel the world, or just a road trip to the next town, spending time with my hubby, kids, and fur babies, is always my favorite thing to do. 

Reading, movies, time with friends and family, good food, great company, pool time, and game night is always a must.

 Born and raised in Costa Rica, but I have been in Arizona, USA for 20 years. 

So I am fully bilingual, which means I can help you Boost your Business in English or Spanish.

My business passion has always been behind the scenes, managing, creating, developing, training, and setting up plans, projects, reports, ideas and so much more. 

For 25+ years I have worked in different companies and industries by managing, creating, and developing plans and strategies for all businesses' needs.

I have managed marketing, and business operations departments, while creating social media and marketing plans and campaigns, managed website improvements and redesign, optimizing reputation management, event planning, project management, team management and recruitment, business management, systems building and integration, operations management including created and implemented system operations procedures  (SOPS), reporting, data analysis of KPIs, metrics, and analytics and more. Everything a business needs to be operationally successful.

A few years ago I decided to leave the corporate world to have more me time and start a family with my husband.  And for the past couple years, I have been a foster mom and a new mom of a 9-month-old baby girl,  while being a full-time mom, I have been a business management and marketing operations consultant for small businesses that need specific services in a project base time frame instead of a full-time employee. 

During this time, I discovered that while I have been calling myself a consultant, what I have been doing for many years while managing, creating, planning, etc. is now called ONLINE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT. So, I took the next steps, learned about OBM in detail, and got the necessary tools and training to be completely OBM-ready.
